The Jentonyan Guest House is next door to The Holiday Shop on Barton Avenue
The Jentonyan Guest House is approximately 20 yards from Blackpool Prom in the middle of the Golden Mile with the Pleasure Beach approx 15 minutes walk to the south and Blackpool Tower and town centre where many of the best clubs and pubs are located is about 15 Minutes walk to the north. There is a tram stop conveniently located at the end of Barton Ave as well as convenient bus stops for visiting the out of town sites such as the Zoo.
Accommodation consists of single, double and twin bedded standard rooms with tea and coffee making facilities, colour TVs and towels. There is one family room that has a double, single and 2 bunk beds.
The Accommodation is room only. There are several very good cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance that offer everything from a full English breakfast to a roast dinner. The nearest cafe is highly recommended and is only 40 yards from the guest house.
A TV lounge with freeview is provided for the guests use.
We are happy to accommodate pre-booked hen and stag parties for a minimum of 2 nights. A security deposit may be required.
Although the guest house isn't licensed, the larger hotels on Barton Avenue have licences that permit our guests to use their bars.

Terms and Conditions
After booking, rooms are held provisionally for 5 days whilst awaiting a deposit of £10 per person.
The balance is required on day of arrival in cash. If balance is to be paid by cheque and it exceeds the maximum guaranteed on your cheque card, then we need it to arrive at the guest house at least 5 days prior to arrival.
We reserve the right to curtail any contract should the conduct of any person who is party to that contract cause any detriment to the wellbeing or comfort of other guests or causes any damage. Any damages will be charged either to the guest responsible or to the person who made the booking.
As required by the police and fire services, each guest must provide means of identification showing their home address on arrival in case of an emergency.
Rooms will be available at 2pm on day of arrival and guests must vacate
their rooms by 10am on the day of departure, unless previously agreed with
the proprietor.
When booking, it is deemed that you have read and accepted the above terms and conditions.
